Please note: this is a request for guestlist attendance on Saturday October 30th 2021, the event will run from around 8:30pm to 2:30am

Payment emails will start being sent out from the 21st, do not be alarmed if you do not get an email on the 21stitself, as emails will be first come first served basis but is done manually so please allow us time to do this.

Exact address details and parking instructions will be emailed after payments have been completed, the street is Queen Street, and there are nearby hotels such as the Travelodge on  Queen Street and Hotel Ibis on Miller Street.

Attire: This is Halloween! So dress up, be scary, be amazing! Or we recommend smart casual, no football colours, nothing offensive or scruffy or you will be refused entry, please make an effort. We ask you to please be discrete when arriving, this is a city center address, please ensure you arrive dressed appropriately.

Please also keep up to date with your LFT and government guidelines to ensure you have the correct information to be able to attend this event.

Please note: this is a request for guestlist attendance on Friday October 1st 2021, the event will be social only from 7pm – 10pm, from 10pm – 2am play will be permitted.

This is a special social event to introduce people to The Ecclesia, future events may be priced and structured differently. 

In addition, please ensure gender details are correctly completed and correct fab names used, this ensures we can monitor numbers so that there isn’t too many single males.
