Curious about taking your rope play to the next level?
Join us for a peer hands-on workshop for those ready to expand their bondage skills beyond the basics, with a focus on harnesses, tension play, and predicament bondage.

This practical, skill-building session is perfect for those who understand the fundamentals* and are ready to challenge themselves in a safe, supportive environment.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

• Body Harnesses: how to tie chest and hip harnesses safely and effectively

• Predicament Bondage: using position, tension, and creativity to create dynamic scenes

• Tension & Flow: how to use rope to guide movement and control sensation

• Scene Building: combining technique with consent and connection

• Safety & Communication: understanding body mechanics, accommodating different sizes, circulation, and negotiation

Who Should Attend:

• *Anyone with a basic understanding of rope (e.g. single- and double-column ties)

• Those looking to expand into more complex, creative forms of rope play

• Individuals, pairs, and all gender identities welcome
  (This is not a beginners’ class — prior rope experience is expected)

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing that allows for movement

• Rope if you have your own (some will be available to borrow)

• A partner is encouraged, but not required – respectful pairing may be offered if appropriate

• An open mind and willingness to learn

Afterparty Invitation:

Following the workshop, guests are welcome to stay for an Afterparty (5pm–8pm). The Ecclesia’s social and play spaces will be open for a relaxed evening to play, socialise, and practise your new skills in a supportive space.

Booking & Cost:

• Males: £10

• TVs/CDs: £10

• Females: £5

• Couples (any mix): £10 total

Afterparty access is included in your ticket.

Important Notes:

• This is a learning-focused workshop. Sexual activity is not permitted during the educational portion, but is permitted during the Afterparty.

• All activities are fully optional, and consent is mandatory at all times.

• Light refreshments and soft drinks will be provided.

• Alcohol is not permitted during the workshop.

• As always, sex and play are never guaranteed.
